Add custom fields to Pages from the UI

As a user I'd like to have the ability to add custom fields to Pages. The functionality I want is similar to the one already implemented for content items like Blogs, News, Events and will allow me to cover some specific use case scenarios that require adding a custom filed to a Page.

Can we please get some movement on this? You built a great feature that lets you add custom fields to pages. But as much fun as it is to look at my new custom fields, it would be awesome if you would implement the other half of this feature so that I could actually use them.

This feature would be integral to our development, and we're patiently waiting for it, but can anyone tell us when it is likely to be implemented?

We also need this kind of solution or at least that we can categorize the pages as you can imagine a lot of companies the first clasiffication of the web pages (no sections, I talking about bussines) it is focus on Person and the other to companies so we need this field in order to classify the pages and do not duplicate contents.
